It Started With Two Bald Heads
Every brand has an origin story. Ours is sunburn. A couple friends in the Pacific Northwest, more forehead than hairline, needed hats that could survive PNW drizzle and a 5-hour muni round without losing their sense of humor.
Nothing on the rack felt like the golf we actually play — the kind with mulligans, cart snacks, and the occasional ball off a house. So we made our own.

The Sombrero Means Something
The Smokin' Sombrero isn't just a logo — it's a pact. Keep a good pace. Smile while you play. And don't get bummed out when the scorecard turns ugly, because there are worse spots you could be than a golf course.
Above average golf apparel for the below average golfer: 3D embroidery, quick-dry sweatbands, water-repellent shells, 100% recycled poly — engineering your swing will never deserve, at prices it will.

Year One, In the Books
Twelve months, fourteen pieces of gear, and one very recognizable mustache later, Rippin' Bogeys just celebrated its first birthday — a real "Happy 1st Birthday!" banner and everything.
Year two? More drops, more crews in sombreros, and the same rule as day one: free shipping over $60 and no bad vibes at any price.
